What is the return policy?
We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Stackers Paradise. We will provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange, except in the case of custom poured items.
We will offer the option for a refund, return, or exchange on your purchase if you contact us within 5 days from the delivery date of your order to be eligible. If you contact us within 5 days of the delivery date we will issue you a return authorization number by email. You may contact us at stackersparadise@gmail.com or by phone at 443-790-4059. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. Returned items must be packaged by you to ensure safety of the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have the right to reject any return that does not follow these requirements.
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and verified. At our discretion, we have the option to issue store credit instead of a cash refund. Further, we will charge a market loss fee that represents the difference between the price of the metal at the time of the sale and the price of the metal at the time the return is processed. Market gains will not be credited. Further, at our discretion, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $25.
When will my order arrive?
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the type of item purchased:
In-stock items are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Pre-order items are produced in small batches and may still be in fabrication at the time of purchase. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery from the order date.
Custom or made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery to account for design, pouring, finishing, and quality checks.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order or custom items, we may ship them separately so you receive available pieces sooner. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on postal carrier volume or seasonal production demand, but we’ll always keep you informed.
