Historical records speak of the bear first in terms of financial markets. It was a proverbial caution amongst hunters and traders to not sell the bears skin before one has caught the bear. As such, it was associated with the downswing of a market while the bull later came to be associated with an uptick in market activity and growth. On the obverse of 2020 1 oz Australian Silver Bull and Bear Coins is a depiction of Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty is featured here in a right-profile design created by Jody Clark for Australian coins. The image depicts the Queen wearing the George IV State Diadem Crown which was commissioned in 1821 and includes 1,333 diamonds. The reverse side of the 2020 Australian Silver Bull and Bear Coin features a stylized bear and bull circling around one another. The power of the bear is the only thing capable of correcting the runaway strength of a bull market. These 2020 1 oz Australian Silver.
